It arrives in 5 to 8 business days. Order by 2pm Sydney time on a business day and it leaves us the same day.
Returns & warranty
Black Friday and Christmas orders: anything ordered from Tue 3 Nov to Thu 31 Dec 2026 can be returned until Sun 31 Jan 2027, or within your normal 30 days if that ends later. The box still needs to be unopened. Gifts too: the person who received it can return it.
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day it arrives, as long as the box is unopened. Everything we sell is used on the skin or in the mouth, so once a box is opened it cannot come back for a change of mind.
Something wrong with it? We always take it back, opened or not. Tell us within 30 days for a full refund or a replacement. After that we repair or replace it.
Nothing to post abroad. Email us with your order number and we sort it out from there.
1-year warranty on every device, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Heads, nozzles, blades and serum are not covered.

How often should I really replace the brush head?
Most dental professionals recommend replacing your brush head every 2–3 months. Over time, bristles fray and lose their ability to reach tricky spots effectively.
Are these heads compatible with other electric toothbrushes?
These replacement heads are precision-engineered specifically for the LUXE Sonic Toothbrush handle to ensure a secure fit and optimal sonic vibration.
What is the difference between the black and white heads?
There is no functional difference; we offer both colours so you can perfectly match the replacement head to the colour of your Luxe Sonic handle.
Will using an old brush head damage my teeth?
While it may not cause immediate damage, worn-out bristles are less effective at removing plaque and can become a breeding ground for bacteria.
Are the bristles soft or medium?
Our bristles are dentist-recommended 'soft'. They are firm enough to remove stubborn plaque but gentle enough to protect sensitive gums and dental work.
