Sodium hyaluronate (the salt form of hyaluronic acid) helps your skin retain moisture, leaving the eye area feeling plumper and more hydrated. Six botanical extracts including aloe vera, hydrangea and chrysanthemum support the skin's natural moisture barrier. Just 15 carefully chosen ingredients, every one with a purpose.
The water-based, silicone-free formula makes this serum an ideal companion for the Eye Massager. It works as both a skincare treatment and a conductive medium for EMS microcurrent, so you get hydration and enhanced device performance in one step. Black Friday and Christmas orders: anything ordered from Tue 3 Nov to Thu 31 Dec 2026 can be returned until Sun 31 Jan 2027, or within your normal 30 days if that ends later. The box still needs to be unopened. Gifts too: the person who received it can return it.
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day it arrives, as long as the box is unopened. Everything we sell is used on the skin or in the mouth, so once a box is opened it cannot come back for a change of mind.
Something wrong with it? We always take it back, opened or not. Tell us within 30 days for a full refund or a replacement. After that we repair or replace it.

Can I use this serum with the Eye Massager?
Yes, the LUXE Hydrating Eye Serum is specifically designed to work with the LUXE Eye Massager. The water-based, silicone-free formula provides excellent conductivity for EMS microcurrents. Apply the serum to your under-eye area, then put on the Eye Massager while the serum is still fresh. No separate conductive gel is needed.
What is sodium hyaluronate and how does it differ from hyaluronic acid?
Sodium hyaluronate is the sodium salt form of hyaluronic acid. It has a smaller molecular size, which allows it to penetrate the skin more easily and deliver hydration more effectively. Both ingredients are naturally found in the human body, including the eyes. In skincare, sodium hyaluronate is the most commonly used form because of its superior absorption.
Is this serum safe for the under-eye area?
Yes. The formula contains no fragrance, no retinol, no alcohol, and no parabens, all of which can irritate the delicate under-eye skin. Hyaluronic acid is naturally found in the human eye and is one of the best-tolerated skincare ingredients. If you have any specific eye conditions, consult your doctor before use.
How long does one bottle last?
Each 30ml bottle lasts approximately 4-8 weeks with daily use, depending on how much you apply. Using 2-3 drops per session on the under-eye area, most customers find one bottle lasts around 6 weeks.
Can I use this serum on my whole face, not just the eye area?
Yes. While we position this as an eye serum because it pairs perfectly with the LUXE Eye Massager, the formula works beautifully on the full face and neck. Apply a few extra drops and gently pat into cleansed skin. The hyaluronic acid helps hydrate and plump skin wherever you apply it.
Why does this serum only have 15 ingredients?
Because every ingredient has a purpose. Many serums contain 25-35 ingredients including fillers, fragrances, and artificial dyes that add nothing to performance. Our formula focuses on what works: a humectant base (sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, butylene glycol), six botanical extracts for skin support, and a modern preservative system. Fewer ingredients also means fewer potential irritants.
Is delivery to Australia free?
