Eye Massager Guide
Charging, the 4 modes and 3 levels, and your 10-minute session.
Session: 10 minutes, then it switches itself off · Before: serum, gel or water under your eyes · Charge: about 30 minutes, green when full
Your first session
How to charge it
- Plug the small end of the USB cable from the box into the charging port on the massager.
- Plug the other end into a USB plug. The manual recommends a 5V 1A plug, like most phone chargers.
- A red light shows while it charges. It turns green when it is full.
- Will not switch on straight out of the box? The battery may be flat. Charge it for 1.5 to 2 hours, then try again.
The metal pads
The two metal pads sit under your eyes. In Modes 1, 2 and 4 they glow red.
What's in the box
There is no plug in the box. Use the cable with a USB plug, such as a phone charger.
Unboxing your Eye Massager
What comes in the box, and a first look at the buttons and the red light.
Modes, levels and buttons
The pulses are EMS (electrical muscle stimulation): a gentle electrical pulse you can feel as a tingle or a light tapping under the eyes. The red light is about 650 nm.
Good to know:
- It always switches on in Mode 1, at level 1.
- Each time you change mode, the intensity goes back to level 1.
- In Mode 4 there are no pulses, so the intensity button has nothing to change.
The buttons
The +/- button sets the intensity and the power and mode button changes the mode. The three small lights between them show your level.
Charging and battery
Use the cable from the box. Charge it regularly to keep the battery healthy.
How often, and when you'll see a difference
Give it 2 to 4 weeks. Results vary. Use it every day for 2 to 4 weeks before you judge how your eye area looks. Many customers tell us they see a visible difference in that time.
As your skin gets used to it, try a higher level or the other modes. Mode 4 is red light only, for days when you want no pulses.
Looking after your massager
- After every session, wipe the metal pads with a soft, damp cloth.
- It is not waterproof. Never rinse it under the tap or put it in water. A damp cloth is all it needs.
- Store it in a cool, dry place.
- Charge it regularly to keep the battery in good health.
Before you use it
- Eye conditions or recent eye surgery? Please check with your doctor before you use it.
- Keep your eyes closed during the session.
- The pads go under your eyes, on the skin, never on the eyes themselves.
- Always use serum, eye cream, gel or water under the pads, so the pulses can reach your skin.
- Start low, on Mode 1 at the lowest level, and go up only when it feels comfortable.
- It is not waterproof. Keep it away from water.
If you have a pacemaker or another implant, are pregnant, or have epilepsy, please check with your doctor before using it.

Your questions, answered
Do I need to use a gel or serum?
Yes. The pulses need something on the skin to pass through. Apply an eye serum, eye cream or conductive gel under your eyes before you put the massager on. The manual says plain water works too. The Hydrating Eye Serum is made to do both jobs: it cares for the skin and carries the pulses. Without any of these you may not feel the pulses at all.
I cannot feel anything, or only one side works. Is it faulty?
Usually not. Apply more serum, gel or water, then press the massager gently against your skin so both pads touch it fully. Also check you are not in Mode 4, which is red light only.
How often should I use it?
Once a day, for one 10-minute session. Use it in the morning to help the look of puffiness, or in the evening as part of your routine. Start on Mode 1 at the lowest level for the first few sessions, then go up as your skin gets used to the feeling.
When will I see a difference?
Results vary. Use it every day for 2 to 4 weeks before you judge. Many customers tell us they see a visible difference in that time.
Is it safe to use around the eyes?
It uses gentle, low-level pulses made for the eye area, and the pads sit on the skin under your eyes. Keep your eyes closed, and start on the lowest level. If you have an eye condition or have had eye surgery recently, please check with your doctor first.
What is the difference between EMS and microcurrent?
Both use gentle electrical pulses. EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) makes the small muscles under the skin move slightly. Microcurrent works at a lower level that you usually cannot feel. This massager uses EMS, with 3 levels, so you can choose the one that feels right.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 90 minutes, which is 9 sessions of 10 minutes. A full charge takes about 30 minutes. A red light shows while it charges, and it turns green when it is full.
What warranty does it have?
